Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor at Pure Smoke plays a crucial role in overseeing daily store activities and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Inventory Control: Manage merchandise orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Sales Execution: Drive sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges promptly.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Work Hours: Expected to work between 32 to 40 hours weekly.
