Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd o/a Pioneer Cannabis. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Sales Floor: Oversee the sales floor, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Authorize Payments and Merchandise Returns: Process payments and returns, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Manage the activities of sales associates, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role, is essential.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities, is essential.
