- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, and a team player.
