Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our care team at Piccadilly Seniors Community. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and provide personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals.
- Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural education and experience are an asset.
