About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Painter and Decorator Assistant to join our team at BESTDEAL MAINTENANCE LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Equipment: Ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working condition, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Assist in Demolition and Construction: Assist in the demolition of buildings and the construction of new structures, including cleaning and preparing sites.
  • Support Maintenance Activities: Assist in the maintenance of buildings, including cleaning, painting, and decorating.
  • Operate Heavy Machinery: Operate heavy machinery and equipment, such as cranes, to assist in construction and demolition activities.
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Ensure that all sites are safe and secure, and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
  • Work with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
