About the Role

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to join our team in Brockville, ON.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory management. You will report directly to the District Manager and provide guidance, training, and coaching to all branch staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of personnel, ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Manage the branch's P&L, including budgets, expenses, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ensure the branch's operations are aligned with Westburne's corporate image and values.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory and sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills.
