Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures for housekeeping services
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations and departmental policies
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
Working Conditions:
