Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Alexis Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.
- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to meet the needs of our hotel.
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out.
- Respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- 2 years of experience in housekeeping management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
- Client-focused and dependable with excellent oral and written communication skills.
