Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team at Collabera. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for defining the architectural vision and strategy for large complex solutions, aligning with our enterprise architecture strategy, technology, and platform choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Architectural Vision: Develop a comprehensive architectural vision and strategy for large complex solutions, ensuring alignment with our enterprise architecture strategy, technology, and platform choices.
  • Lead Solution Design: Lead the design of complex architectures, ensuring they are flexible, modular, and designed to adapt easily to emerging business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and use.
  • Contribute to Best Practices: Contribute to the development of best practices, including standardized templates, and the architecture roadmap for defined domains.
  • Advise Management: Advise management on opportunities and assessed risks, ensuring informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in applications using React, Java EE, Spring MVC, Selenium, ALM, qTest, Angular, and knowledge of application servers like JBoss EAP, Tomcat, Weblogic.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience implementing or architecting high-performing, resilient, and scalable enterprise systems, with a proven track record of success.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language.
Preferred Skills
  • Full Stack Frontend Development: Experience in full-stack frontend development with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience, with expertise in Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and best practices.
  • Java Development: Experience in Java development with a working knowledge of Spring framework, Restful/SOAP web services, and experience working with multiple teams and establishing integration contracts.
