About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at INNTECH FUTURE INC. as a key member of our consulting firm. As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction.
Work Environment

As a Systems Integration Specialist at INNTECH FUTURE INC., you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team.

  • Client focus: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the solutions we provide.
Experience

We are looking for a candidate with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for supporting newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition and providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.

Support for Indigenous People

We are committed to creating a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers. You will be responsible for providing cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
