Job Title: Director of Technology

At Intello Technologies Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Technology to lead our Smart Home product management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Smart Home business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for our Smart Home product portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative software products and services that meet the needs of our customers
  • Manage a high-performing team of product managers to deliver exceptional consumer experiences and drive business results
  • Recruit, develop, and support talented product managers to bring new services to life
  • Provide guidance and direction to your team, creating a culture of business ownership and exceptional customer focus
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in senior management capacity leading high-performance teams
  • Proven ability to attract and recruit top talent
  • Experience developing product partnerships and complex commercial agreements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas and opportunities to all levels of an organization
