We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to lead our front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing our customer-centric strategies, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Ensure all front-end policies and procedures are followed, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing team performance.
- Plan and execute class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs.
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
- Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
- Participate in the performance management process, supporting Talent Development and utilizing leadership competencies for continued self-development.
- Interact with customers in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting commitment to our organization's vision and values.
- Retail management experience preferred.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, and stretching.
- Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work.
