About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at KIJOSA INVESTMENT CORP. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Order and manage supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen demands.
