Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Boiling Point Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Assist in the management of daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, ordering, and employee performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all patrons receive exceptional service, handle customer complaints, and take action to turn unhappy customers into loyal patrons.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to employees on operational and procedural issues, ensure that all employees are using sanitary practices, and provide constructive feedback on employee performance.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Report to the Manager on restaurant operations during their absence, maintain personal health and sanitation standards, and ensure compliance with Boiling Point Group's code of ethics and conduct.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food retail environment, preferably as an assistant manager.
  • Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules.
  • Bilingual Chinese preferred, but not required.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to continuously stand or walk.
  • Ability to bend and lift occasionally.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.

Work Environment:

  • Work will be conducted in a restaurant environment.
  • May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen.
  • May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces.
  • Noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
