Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient logistics operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including dispatch management service software and electronic schedulers
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in transportation logistics or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide technical advice and guidance as needed
