Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including dispatch management service software, electronic schedulers, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on transportation and freight forwarding.

Language: English.

Hours: 30 hours per week.
