Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the work of delivery drivers and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training or arrange training sessions to enhance the skills of delivery drivers and other team members.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities, including delivery schedules, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Equipment Management: Coordinate repairs and equipment rentals to ensure the smooth operation of delivery vehicles.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Document special deliveries and registered mail, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor delivery schedules' progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Establish and maintain delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist truck drivers in loading and unloading vehicles, providing support as needed.
Requirements
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate high levels of organization, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
