Job Title: Delivery Operations Supervisor

CINT INTERNATIONAL TRADE INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient delivery operations
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet delivery deadlines
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals to minimize downtime
  • Record special delivery and registered mail to track and verify delivery
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish delivery schedules to optimize routes and reduce costs
  • Assist trucks and delivery drivers to load and unload vehicles to ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's licence to operate company vehicles
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
  • Organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Team player with a positive attitude to work collaboratively with others
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
