Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Advisor to join our team at WSP Global Inc. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance through effective talent management and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive business results
  • Provide coaching and guidance on talent development programs to foster a continuous learning culture
  • Work with the business to assess workforce needs and partner with the Talent Acquisition team to meet business KPIs
  • Support succession planning by identifying emerging diverse talent and facilitating discussions around critical role identification and planning
  • Provide performance management coaching and advice to foster a high-performance and engaging diverse culture
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in a strategic/client-facing HR role, preferably in a large, matrix organization
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Well-developed team building and influencing skills, with the ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders
  • Capability to establish and maintain credibility, with the ability to influence management and resolve conflicts
