Position Summary:
Invictus Direct is seeking a motivated and client-oriented Sales Executive with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in full cycle SaaS Sales within the Industrial Automation field, covering sectors such as Chemicals, Mining, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and enhancing the overall performance of the sales team.
- Establish and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of solutions to clients.
- Meet and surpass sales objectives by efficiently managing the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Remain updated on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business prospects.
- Leverage CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to oversee and document client interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Provide timely and precise reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with SaaS/software solutions or related fields in the Industrial Automation and/or relevant industries.
- Familiarity with PLC, HMI/SCADA Systems, EAM, OEM, and System Integrators.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Bilingual in English and French.
