Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. as a key member of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Identify and analyze current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure optimal workforce planning.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Candidate Management
    • Screen and evaluate candidate applications to ensure alignment with company requirements.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates.
    • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding and Integration
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • HR Administration
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
    • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and communication.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
