Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to support our social media efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to social media conversations, creating engaging content for our social media channels, and providing administrative support to our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to social media conversations in a timely and professional manner
  • Create high-quality content for social media channels, including text, images, and videos
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, email management, and other tasks as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in social media monitoring and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
