About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering innovative software solutions that power Amazon's Recruiting Engine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the product direction, defining technical requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define product direction and strategy
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets customer needs and expectations
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in software development and team management
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and architecting scalable software systems
  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
