Fundraising Manager

Job Summary:
This Sales Assistant role with a leading non-profit organization provides a great opportunity for individuals passionate about advancing their career in fundraising and development. The role offers a hybrid work environment and the chance to work with a dedicated team at CB Canada.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive revenue growth and support the organization's mission.
- Build and maintain relationships with major donors, corporate sponsors, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and individual giving.
- Manage and analyze fundraising data to inform strategy and optimize results.
- Develop and execute a donor stewardship plan to recognize and engage donors at all levels.
- Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of donations and other fundraising revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maximize fundraising effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote fundraising initiatives and engage donors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, practices, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other fundraising software.
- BA/BS degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management.
