We are seeking a skilled Drywall Assistant to join our team at Bright 3 Construction Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and equipment.
- Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work and assist in repairs as needed.
As a Drywall Assistant, you will work outdoors, at heights, and in underground environments. You will be exposed to dusty and hot conditions, and will be required to handle heavy loads.
Requirements- Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy loads.
- Teamwork: You will work as part of a team, and must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
- Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.
The role requires overtime work, and you must be able to work up to 40 hours per week. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and a safety vest.
Language and Work TermThe role is a permanent position, and the primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
