Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Design Director who possesses a deep enthusiasm for realistic sports mechanics and the development of advanced sports simulations. In this pivotal role, you will guide a team of designers and collaborate with various departments to innovate and deliver exceptional gameplay experiences for our forthcoming sports franchise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Gameplay team and provide mentorship to designers
  • Establish the vision for the Gameplay Experience
  • Work in partnership with Engineers, Animators, and Artists
  • Lead the testing and assessment of game quality
  • Foster a positive team environment

Qualifications for Success

  • Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in shipping at least two AAA titles
  • Background in the sports genre with expertise in AI and Animation
  • Genuine passion for game development and a willingness to share insights
