Position Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Design Director who possesses a deep understanding of authentic sports dynamics and excels in crafting advanced sports simulations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of designers and collaborate with various departments to innovate and produce exceptional gameplay for our forthcoming sports franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Gameplay design team
- Establish the vision for the Gameplay Experience
- Work in partnership with Engineers, Animators, and Artists
- Facilitate testing and assessment of game quality
- Promote a positive and collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in launching at least two AAA game titles
- Background in the sports genre with knowledge of AI and Animation
- Genuine passion for game development and a willingness to share insights
