Electrical Inspector Role

AAA Canada is seeking a skilled Electrical Inspector to contribute to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret complex drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the sequence of operations for electrical circuit testing and assembly.
  • Assemble, adjust, and calibrate equipment used to test electrical circuits and wiring, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Verify the routing, crimping, soldering, and connection of electrical wires to ensure adherence to provided drawings.
  • Perform detailed inspections of assemblies and sub-assemblies using megohmmeters, ohmmeters, bridges, and continuity testers, in accordance with testing, operating, and quality control standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A D.E.P. in aerospace cable and circuit assembly or a D.E.C. or A.E.C. in avionics techniques, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative, with strong communication skills and a good command of the French language (oral and written).
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
