Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

Crown Nails and Spa Inc. is seeking a highly organized and efficient Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain work records, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Technology: Operate electronic schedulers, manage electronic mail, and perform other technical tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, ability to multitask.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Ability to work in a team-oriented setting with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Language:

English.

Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
