Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at Crown Nails and Spa Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Directing Clients: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service area or contact.
  • Providing Information: Provide basic information to clients and the public, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service, including handling payments and scheduling appointments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining work records.
  • Communication: Operate a switchboard or telephone system, record and relay information, and arrange teleconferences.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
