We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Westburne Electric, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Lead a team of sales representatives and operations staff to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and inventory replenishment, to drive business growth and minimize risk.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to direct reports to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and objectives, including quality, health and safety, and asset control initiatives.
- University degree plus a minimum of ten (10) years related experience in the industry, including at least five (5) years in a management capacity.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial reports and develop implementation strategies to meet/exceed operational/fiscal plans and targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strategic partnerships and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
