Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Canadian Helicopters. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance of aircraft fleet, including performing routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide technical support to the crew in the field, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to complete their tasks.
  • Perform the preparation and assembly of electrical harnesses or other avionic equipment, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Conduct avionics tests on the bench, identifying and resolving any issues that may affect aircraft performance.
  • Participate in various research and development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Perform other related duties as required, contributing to the overall success of our maintenance team.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid Transport Canada Class E AME license, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to safety.
  • Be open to traveling outside, to CHL sites, as needed, to support our operations and maintenance activities.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and stakeholders.
  • Display strong communication and teamwork skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrate a good sense of organization and attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
