Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Whistler Personnel Solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions, including vendor information and payment history.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
