Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Swift Connect INC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, including industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts.
  • Pallet Building and Inventory Management: Build pallets and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and stock, and ensure that all products are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products and materials for damage or defects, and report any issues to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
