Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Rove Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Identify, label, and catalogue items received, and store them in a designated area.
  • Supply Chain Support: Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Warehouse Operations: Clean and maintain the warehouse, tool room, or supply area, and move tools, equipment, and other materials as required.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
