Job Title: Senior Specialist, Project Engineering

Recruit Island is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, Project Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our Applications Engineering team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' technical needs and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on single-use systems and technologies.
  • Participate in industry standards groups and committees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish strategic relationships with clients and internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Applications Engineering Projects in CRM software to streamline communication and track progress.
  • Manage library of single-use componentry for use in single-use assemblies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent technical discipline.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience as a technical specialist in single-use systems and technologies geared toward the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to client facilities and company entities globally.
