The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the global applications engineering team by providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members
- Participate in industry standards groups and committees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Establish strategic relationships with customers as a trusted technical partner
- Work with Business Development and other teams to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Help maintain and increase product usage and support internal teams with technical discussions and presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Technology
- At least 5-8 years of experience as a technical specialist in single-use systems and technologies
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
