We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our NPD Manufacturing team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in influencing off-highway vehicle chassis concepts and defining manufacturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish manufacturing guidelines for chassis and welded parts
  • Ensure manufacturability of in-house components and optimize costs
  • Master technical, financial, time, and quality impacts of project options
  • Manage Fab master schedule and progress report in SAP
  • Support factories during production and improvement projects
  • Liaise with engineering, purchasing, and other departments
  • Inform management of project risks and actions
Requirements:
  • Technical college diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or metallurgical engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the field
  • Knowledge of metal manufacturing and transformation processes
  • Ability to communicate in English and French
  • Knowledge of CAD and CATIA
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to the US and Mexico
