Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Cloud 9 Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on hotel performance and operations.
- Staff Management
- Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Co-ordinate and assign work to staff to ensure effective task completion.
- Customer Service
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
- Arrange repair work as needed to minimize downtime.
- Supply Chain Management
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain hotel operations.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced hotel environment with varying shifts and hours.
- Work 30 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
