Branch Operations Manager

The Branch Manager Trainee is a key role in our organization, responsible for training and developing the skills necessary to become a successful Branch Manager. This position requires a strong willingness to relocate to rural areas and a commitment to serving our members to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage all branch activities to achieve specific goals and targets.
- Invest time and money in personnel to ensure high retention rates and attract qualified applicants.
- Oversee staff performance of operational functions and convey a feeling of trust, security, and satisfaction to members and staff.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to relocate to rural areas.
