We are a reputable and well-established spa company seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician at The Balay Spa Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality skincare treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their skin concerns and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Skincare Treatments: Perform a variety of treatments, including facials, body treatments, and waxing services.
  • Product Sales: Recommend and sell skincare products to clients based on their individual needs.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and reliability.
