About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Beauty Therapist to join our team at Cutie Pie Wax Bar. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Body Care/Treatments: Provide relaxing and rejuvenating body treatments, including waxing, eyebrow tinting, and other esthetic services.
  • Client Communication: Clearly explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable throughout their experience.
  • Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to policies and regulations to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess and maintain current Esthetician certification and any other required licenses or memberships.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain excellent communication with clients and team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of an Esthetician program or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the esthetic industry.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication skills, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
