We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at Central 1. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our non-financial risk management program and driving awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging risks and trends in non-financial risk management, including legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of non-financial risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with lines of business to design and implement non-financial risk management initiatives and methods.
  • Advise on risk and control self-assessments and provide guidance on key risk indicators.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk management controls and recommend updates.
  • Develop and maintain risk dashboards and prepare risk reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to increase awareness and understanding of non-financial risks.

Requirements:

  • University degree and 4-6 years of experience in operational risk management, enterprise risk management, and/or audit work in banking and/or management consulting.
  • Experience in executing or providing oversight over risk and control assessments, risk and loss events, and issue management.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and visual analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Risk management certifications (FRM, PRM) or working towards it.
  • Familiarity with GRC Systems.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
