Position Overview

As a Security Operations Supervisor at GUARD EMPIRE SECURITY SERVICES LTD., you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel. Your leadership will be essential in managing a dedicated team of security professionals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the security sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations, ensuring swift and effective responses.
  • Compile and present progress reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Address workplace challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Establish and manage work schedules and operational procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 5 to 10 security personnel.

Licenses and Certifications
  • Possession of a valid Security Guard License is required.
Work Environment
  • Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring standing for extended periods.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
