Key Responsibilities:- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Coordinate contract services, such as laundry and dry cleaning, to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations and departmental policies.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
