Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

TM Tilemart Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and operational performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Control: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including transportation and storage of goods.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
