About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in generating sales and developing new business for Dynamic Funds, a subsidiary of Scotiabank. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with the Wholesaler to build relationships with clients and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Wholesaler in generating sales and developing new business
  • Build relationships with clients through daily phone contact
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company and competitor products, policies, and industry trends
  • Work closely with the Sales Administrator to determine priorities and tasks
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to set up meetings and conferences
  • Escalate client issues to the appropriate department
  • Participate in national and regional meetings to share feedback and information

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a field such as Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
  • CSC or IFIC certification; CFP or CIM
  • Bilingual is an asset
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of management experience and managing a territory
