About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at SANGAM CATERING LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Hire and manage kitchen staff, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for kitchen operations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and trends.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal kitchen performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
