Key Qualifications:
# A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project coordination within the construction of industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
# Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
# Strong skills in Project Management and Cost Control.
# Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written) complemented by effective time management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
# Proficient in interpreting contract documents and reading blueprints.
# Proven leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
# Comprehensive understanding of commercial construction practices, processes, and methodologies.
# Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project.
# Familiarity with construction software such as Jonas Premier, AutoDesk Build, or similar platforms is advantageous.
# A college or technical degree in construction-related fields or equivalent experience is preferred.
