Job Title: Technical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our team at ARdeco Design and Developments Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Train and develop staff
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage contracts and training programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
